This message is specifically directed to all Npower Batch C applicants who have successfully completed the online testing and are anxiously awaiting for what next to do.
A lot of people that applied are eager to know their fate as regards to the final selection. Some can't wait to receive the usual congratulatory message usually sent to successfully candidates by Npower.
However, while the wait is still on, it would be helpful to talk about some requirements needed to complete the verification phase. Some people may think that getting high score in the test is all that is needed, but it's not so.
The Npower test, is more like secondary requirements to getting finally selected. There are primary requirements, even with your high score, you may be dumped if these requirements are not met because these requirements are very important to scaling through the final stage, know as physical verification.
With that in mind, it is important to get the following ready:1. Documents: it may surprise you to know that some applicants don't know the condition of their documents. It is not just enough to perform well in the online test, all documents included during registration must be made physically present during physical verification. So, to prevent 'stories that touches the heart', make sure that your documents are within reach and in good condition. Some of the documents that may be required include but not restricted to:Your personal selfEducational certificatesBirth certificate/Age declarationYour nasim ID may be required2. State of residence: during registration, the state selected as state of residence can't be easily changed as Npower are not happy with relocating. So if you have travelled or relocated, their is a need to start planning how to travel back once selected.3. Don't wait for a congratulatory message before getting prepared: as the popular saying goes "he that fails to plan has plans to fail".it is important to prepare you self for the physical verification irrespective of what you scored during the testing.
Finally, applicants need to be prayerful and hope for the best. Do what is expected and leave God to complete the process.
